8. Just be challenge.

Create no goals, no checklists, no plans.
Just be in the present moment, connect to the body and let the mind take a break. That’s the challenge I want to give myself for the next twenty-one days. There could be no better time to slow down and explore what being present might bring you. Living such a goal-oriented life for the last five years might have brought me some success, but also it gave me a lot of anxiety, stress, and made me disconnect from myself. Every morning after waking up, it was all about “What do I want?” and “What do I want to have?”. So what I want to find out is, if I connect to now, spend more time in the present and not worry about the future, what will that bring me? If anyone would like to join me, jump on the train, it might be a crazy idea, or it might completely change our lives. I’m going to sit back, relax and surrender to the universe and see what gifts it will send my way.

Love, Alek.
